**Additional team slush funds will be required for Tournament Fees and Travel Budgets.

During registration, each player will pay $200 for 10 Raffle Tickets in addition to their team registration fees.

Families with multiple club players will pay $200 per player during registration, HOWEVER the requirement is only $200 per family. If you are a family with multiple players, please email djules@sabrehockey.com BY 10/1/2025 (NO EXCEPTIONS) and the additional fees can be reversed. Once tickets have been distributed refunds cannot be issued.

Families have the option to enter these tickets under their name OR sell the tickets to recoup their cost.

Following tryouts, registrants will receive an email to confirm their players roster spot and complete registration based on the program their player was placed in. The program cost can be paid in full or a payment plan of 6 months can be set up at that time. Payments will be automatically deducted on 9/25, 10/25, 11/25, 12/25, 1/25 & 2/25. 

Game times and locations will vary by week with most games being played on weekends, with the possibility of a weeknight based on necessity. Scheduling can fluctuate due to variables such as holidays, team photos and loss of club ice due to functions like tournaments and showcases. The grid below represents team schedules during any regular week.

All Sabre Bantam players are required to complete baseline testing with our club trainer, Pro Sports and Rehab. Pro Sports and Rehab supplies a team trainer for all home games and must have a baseline test on each player as a proper reference point. The test is provided for FREE, and you can be in and out within 15 minutes. Please schedule an appointment ASAP.

SABRE TRAVEL TRYOUT SCHEDULE & INFORMATION

Tryout/evaluation groups will be assigned based on previous hockey experience. Group assignment will be visible in Crossbar 3 days in advance of the first scheduled session for tryouts/evaluations. Coaches may make changes to tryout groups based on performance during the process and Crossbar will be updated with those changes.

GENERAL INFORMATION

ROSTERING: Sabre players cannot be rostered on more than one youth hockey team, with the exception of girls playing on a youth (co-ed) team and a Sabre player who plays on a high school team.
